NAUSEA (vomiting)

Is there a person who hasn’t said, “oh’ just thinking about that makes me sick!”

The sight of blood, then odors in hospital corridors, greasy food, a hair in your sandwich, changing a nappy on somebody else’s baby – the list is endless.

It is a good idea to have something on hand when your tummy is not doing too well.

  • Drink some Luke -, warm ginger ale, preferably after the fizz is gone.
  • Eat some plain crackers or dry toast.
  • Get some fresh air. Changes of scene can do wonders for nausea.
  • Lie down and lie still with your eyes closed.
