MORTON’S NEUROMA TREATMENT

MORTON’S NEUROMA TREATMENT and EXAMPLE

You feel like there is an electric shock to the bottom of your foot and then your toes begins to sting or burn. You take off your shoe looking for a pebble but nothing is there.

There is a growth of soft tissue on a nerve in the foot, usually the nerve between your third and fourth toes.

Wear comfortable and well fitting shoes, sandals or slippers.

  • Try walking barefoot as often as possible.
  • Sometimes a shoe support at the ball of the foot will help.
