HANDWASHING

You find yourself complaining, “I’ve had three or four colds already this year – I really need a holiday.

The simplest way to avoid such repeated infection is to WASH YOUR HANDS.

  • When the cold and flu season is underway, the most important things you can do to protect yourself from sneezes and sniffles of others is to wash your hands – at least three times a day.
  • Between hands washings try to keep your hands away from your nose and eyes. Through hand washing isn’t simple. You need to apply soap to your hand and rub vigorously at least 10 second.
  • Always wash:
  1. Before you handle or eat food.
  2. After using bathroom.
  3. After handling money.
  4. After blowing your nose, sneezing or coughing into your hand.
  5. After playing with a pet.
  6. After handling kitchen waste.
