BALDNESS Solution

Example of baldness

You spent more time worrying about your hair than you do about your job. You think about it all day long.

Ninety-nine per cent of hair loss is hereditary, but most of us never give up hope that it is only imagination, particularly when we become aware of all that hair on our hair brush. Take a look at your mother’s hair: if her hair is thinning, the likelihood is that your hair will too.

Everyone normally loses between 50 to 100 hairs daily. As hair falls out, new hairs grow in. hairs goes through a natural cycle of growth and rest.

However, factors such as diet, medication, natural hormones, improper hair care and certain disease can also cause hair loss. It is the best to have the underlying cause pinpointed before deciding baldness is inevitable.

Here are some folk remedies that have lasted for centuries because they seem to be effective:

  • Lie down on a slanted board for 15 minutes daily to allow the blood to reach the scalp.
  • Rub sesame oil into your scalp at bed time and cover with a sleep cap to keep it off the pillowcase. In the morning wash with a mild shampoo and rinse with a mixture of 1 tablespoonful of apple cider vinegar in warm water.
  • Press several cloves of garlic and massage the oil into your scalp, cover with a sleep cap. And- you better wash it off in the morning if you want anyone to sit next to you at work.
  • Mix alcohol and cayenne pepper and rub into the scalp. You would feel very warm as this mixture is thought to stimulate the blood supply to the hair follicles.
