Just how horrible is your breath? Do strangers back away when they are first introduced to you? Maybe it is your breath- but you will never really be sure which it is- until you are sure your breath is as sweet as possible.
- Avoid highly spices foods – they can stay with you for sa long as 24 hours.
- Coffee, beer, wine and whiskey leaves a residue, so avoid them as much as you can.
- Carry a toothbrush and use it immediately after you eat and be sure to brush your tongue as well because it covered with little hair- like projection that trap food odors.
- Bad breath can also be caused by avoiding meals, so eat three meals a day.
- Eat parsley, a sure breath cleanser. It will also help to suck on a section of lemon at the end of a meal.
- Increase your intake of greens, as they contain natural chlorophyll.
