How to prep produce for juicing and storing?
- Fill a large bowl with warm water
- Add in one cup of white or apple cider vinegar
- Soak fruits & vegetables (including produce with peels) around 15 minutes
- Rinse leafy greens separately for 3-4 minutes in cold water & dump dirty water and refill bowl with cold water, repeat until water is not dirt
- Rinse of all produce and pat dry
- Rinse off dirt, bacteria, pesticides on skin, peel and other contaminants
- Clean produce will stay fresh longer
